When you apply to join the guild via the forums, please provide the following information:

• Name of your character
• Server your character is located on
• Character level
• Character class
• Any other information you feel is relevant (optional)

Please note that if you have been kicked from Cobra Guild because you broke guild rules, your application will be automatically rejected.
