In our current situation we need more members so it's up for everyone to bring more people in.
You are free to invite anyone you'd like, but remember that there are certain standads we'd like to maintain.
First of all, DO NOT recruit anyone who could possibly be accused of any "crimes" written in the rules.

If anyone asks if he could join and you find him okay, then you have the right to recruit them.

If you've recruited someone, tell him to register here and PM me so I can add him to the CoH members.
Also tell him to create a profile with the name "IICOBRAIIyourname".
